1. Agreement
By accessing or using RobotRock (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. Contact legal@robotrock.io with questions.
2. The Services
RobotRock provides software for routing human approval requests, managing inbox workflows, recording decisions, and integrating with agents, automations, and developer tools through our dashboard, API, SDK, and related interfaces.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes that adversely affect paid customers.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@robotrock.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
Workspace administrators may manage team membership, permissions, and billing. You are responsible for ensuring that users you invite comply with these Terms.
4. Customer content
You retain ownership of data, code, prompts, task context, and other materials you submit to the Services (“Customer Content”). You grant RobotRock a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Services, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit Customer Content and that doing so does not violate law or third-party rights.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services unlawfully or to transmit harmful, abusive, or infringing content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Reverse engineer components of the Services except where permitted by law
- Resell or sublicense the Services except as expressly authorized in writing
- Use the Services to process sensitive personal data without appropriate legal basis and safeguards
We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the Services, users, or third parties.
6. API and developer use
Use of our API, SDK, webhooks, and integrations is subject to documented usage limits, rate limits, and technical requirements. You are responsible for securing credentials, validating webhook payloads, and implementing appropriate safeguards in production workflows.
RobotRock is not responsible for downstream systems, agents, or automations that you connect to the Services.
7. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown on our website or in an order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply at the next renewal unless you cancel beforehand.
Free and trial tiers may include usage limits. Exceeding limits may require an upgrade or result in restricted access.
8. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information and will use it only to perform under these Terms, except where disclosure is required by law.
9. Intellectual property
RobotRock and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, including software, branding, documentation, and underlying technology. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks except as needed to describe your use of the Services.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROBOTROCK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT APPROVAL DECISIONS WILL MEET YOUR COMPLIANCE OR OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROBOTROCK WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO ROBOTROCK IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
12. Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify RobotRock against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Services in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk for us or other users, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends, but sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except where prohibited, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
